As a boy, our founder and CEO Jonny lived in a sunken apartment with his mother. The only windows faced a blank wall offering no view of the outside world. Yet from that limited vantage point, Jonny imagined something greater beyond that wall. He immersed himself in the world of cars, inspired by the time spent working alongside his father, a skilled engineer whose influence shaped Jonny’s relentless pursuit of excellence.

One day, Jonny discovered a copy of duPont Registry magazine. The pages were filled with extraordinary machines, and they ignited a dream, to create his own car brand. In 1997, at just 15 years old, Jonny sketched the first iterations of the J1 and Aura supercars, raw expressions of ambition and mechanical purity.

Life brought challenges. The dream lay buried for a time — but never died. It never left his heart.

In 2018, Martinus Automobile was quietly founded. Jonny began refining his vision, chasing perfection with every detail. With the full support of his wife and children, Jonny took a leap of faith. In 2025, he left his corporate career behind to invest everything into Martinus Automobile, a company dedicated to crafting rare-earth supercars that defy convention and celebrate analog brilliance.
