Martinus Automobile Announces Acquisition of Future Design & Engineering Campus
Martinus Automobile is proud to announce the acquisition of a multi‑acre property that will become the home of our future headquarters, design studio, engineering center, and low‑volume production facility. This campus will also include a dedicated proving ground and a private test loop designed to refine every aspect of road performance for our upcoming supercars.
Located just south of the Katy Freeway—approximately 13 minutes from Sealy High School—the site offers the ideal balance of accessibility, privacy, and open land for long‑term development.
Construction and land development are planned to begin in Q1 2027, marking a major milestone in the evolution of Martinus Automobile. This campus will serve as the birthplace of our vehicles: where each model is envisioned, engineered, and hand‑assembled with uncompromising precision.
As we move toward this next chapter, we look forward to sharing progress updates, architectural renderings, and behind‑the‑scenes insights into the creation of a world‑class supercar facility.

Martinus Automobile was honored to support the 2026 Gala as one of the event’s official sponsors, contributing specifically as the exclusive sponsor of the evening’s valet experience. Our founder and CEO, Jonny Martinez, served as Co‑Chair of the gala and was the sole Co‑Chair invited to speak on stage.
